It was early opening morning, as I walked to the blind. The stars were so bright, as no other kind.
I set up and wait, for the wild game to come out. My patience growing thin, but that’s what hunting is all about.
I admire God’s beauty, with my bow in hand,
And can’t help but think, how he created this land.
I love it out here, and I always will.
The peace and serenity, is very surreal.
My first opening day, Was truly amazing. though I didn’t see a thing, It’s a new lifestyle that I was embracing.
