Doe Range is the lifestyle of a Christian Sportswoman that’s rooted by faith, family, and the outdoors. You’ll see the love of the outdoors shared with the Word of God in hopes of inspiring and encouraging others. I’m determined to represent the Kingdom and bring light to a world growing with darkness.
My name is Holly and I’m the founder of Doe Range. I’m a writer for the outdoors and an Ambassador for Christ. The outdoor industry is fun and adventurous, while God adds inspirational perspective to the experiences. You get the most enjoyment from the outdoors when you add the connection to the Creator.
I was born and raised on a cattle farm in West TN. Brought up with strong southern faith and family values that I live by today. My passion for the outdoors began at a young age fishing with my grandfather. I finally got into hunting when I met my husband in 2014 and was forever hooked.
Our older son enjoys hunting and fishing among other interests. He’s active in several fishing tournaments and doing well. Our youngest enjoys being outdoors in general and exploring the woods. He caught his first fish in 2021 at age 3 and went on his first hunt with me spring 2022. One day he’ll be doing it all with us, but for now it’s all a learning process with him.
It’s our job to share this lifestyle or heritage with them yet still allow them to follow their own passions as well. Keeping them active and out of trouble is very important along with raising them on the right path. It’s up to us as parents to keep the traditions alive. For me that includes sharing a faith that can lead them to an eternal reward. The creation is nothing without its Creator.
