My favorite time of the year is fall. You get your cooler temps, the trees changing colour and of course hunting.
I look forward to being outdoors and enjoying nature. Whether I’m guiding a hunter or hunting for myself.
My husband and I have an outfitting business called Crosstrails Adventures up at Sandy Lake Manitoba, Canada. I don’t travel much for hunting. That’s okay with me. I love being an Outfitter and a guide. I wouldn’t change a thing. I enjoy guiding hunters and getting them on a successful hunt. That is more rewarding than getting your own.
When I do get to go hunting, it makes things that much more sweeter.
I’m able to go out and provide meat for my family this year. I love knowing where my meat comes from. From field to the plate is best.
I am ever so grateful for Paul Korn at A-1 Archery/crossbow Experts.com for introducing me to the crossbow. I just love it.
The crossbow is an awesome hunting archery tool. Just sitting in the box blind and waiting to see the first whitetail deer come in is an awesome feeling.
I’ve always been one to put meat in the freezer. But if a buck with great antlers comes in. When, I hear the twang of the crossbow. That is the added bonus!
